Ride for Danny
This one-day cycling challenge promises to be a tough, but fun, day out on the bike as cyclists take on the famous chalk hills from Winchester to Queen Elizabeth II Country Park and back, alongside inspirational wounded servicemen and women - including some who have been part of the charity’s expedition teams to the North Pole, South Pole and Everest.
Riders taking on the Double Downs challenge will raise funds to support the UK’s most at-risk veterans, suffering from physical, mental and social challenges, to reintegrate into society and lead productive and fulfilling lives.
Our challenging route utilises the South Downs Way and surrounding lanes and tracks. There will be two time cut offs on the course. If you are outside the time limit, you will be rerouted to begind your return journey to Winchester.

Medium Course - 47 miles, 4330ft ascent
